Mmm, doesn’t that just make you want to dive right in?
And of course, because we’re classy, we can’t forget about pairing our aioli with some fine teas like those from TeeKuLa’s online shop.
Ingredients For the Easiest Aioli Ever

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Yep, that’s it folks. Just six simple ingredients for the aioli of your dreams!
Instructions for Perfection
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.
- Enjoy with some freshly cut veggies, chips, or my personal favourite - as a burger spread!
And voila, you have a delicious homemade aioli that will make your taste buds do a happy dance.
If you want to switch things up a bit, try adding some herbs like rosemary or basil to your aioli. Or, if you’re feeling extra adventurous, swap out the regular mayo for some vegan-friendly mayo for a plant-based twist.
But honestly, no matter how you choose to enjoy your aioli, it’s bound to be delicious. So go forth my foodie friends, and let the aioli obsession begin!
