### Ingredients:
- 1 tin of chickpeas
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp tahini

- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Add the chickpeas, garlic clove, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 red onion

Instructions:

- Add the smashed garlic cloves to the dish.

- Nestle the chicken breasts in the veggies and season with some more salt and pepper.
