  • 500g Rosenkohl
  • 2-3 Möhren (Carrots)

  • 500g Rosenkohl

  • 200g Kasseler (Cured pork)
  • 1 Knoblauchzehe (Garlic clove)

  • 150g Bacon

  • 300g Schmand (Sour cream)
