- Return the beef to the pot and cover. Let it simmer for about 2-3 hours or until the beef is tender.
- When the beef is done, remove it from the pot and let it rest for a few minutes. Cook the sauce down until it’s thickened to your liking.
- Slice the beef and serve with the sauce on top.
