Mohn Streusel Quark Kuchen
Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 150g sugar
- 1 egg
- 150g butter at room temperature
- 500g Quark (German-style fresh cheese)
- 200g sour cream
- 4 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 125g butter, melted
- 150g flour
- 100g sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175C/350F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, 150g sugar, 1 egg, and 150g butter in a bowl. Mix until smooth dough forms.
- Spread dough out evenly in a 10 inch springform pan, pressing down lightly. Chill in fridge for 30 min.
- In a separate bowl, mix Quark, sour cream, poppy seeds, vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly over the dough.
- In another bowl, mix 150g flour and 100g sugar for the streusel topping.
- Gradually add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over the Quark mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.

- 500g Quark (German-style fresh cheese)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 175C/350F.
- Combine gluten-free flour, 150g sugar, baking soda, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Add melted coconut oil and milk, mix until smooth dough forms.
- Spread dough out evenly in a 10 inch springform pan, pressing down lightly. Chill in fridge for 30 min.
- Meanwhile, mix Quark, eggs, poppy seeds, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 150g sugar until smooth.

- 75g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
- Combine flour, 125g sugar, 125g butter, 1 egg, 1 packet vanilla sugar, and baking powder to make the dough.
- Spread dough out evenly in a 10 inch springform pan, pressing down lightly. Chill in fridge for 30 min.
- In a separate bowl, mix Quark, 3 eggs, 75g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, lemon juice, and poppy seeds until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly over the dough.
- In another bowl, mix 250g flour, 125g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, and 125g butter for the streusel topping.
- Use your hands to crumble the mixture over the Quark mixture.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
