- 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber

- 2 cups diced watermelon

- 1/4 cup orange liqueur

- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1 teaspoon honey

Combine bourbon, peach schnapps, honey, and bitters in a glass with ice. Stir well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a peach slice.
Raspberry Champagne Cocktail
- 6 raspberries
- 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
- Champagne
Muddle raspberries in a glass. Add raspberry liqueur and elderflower liqueur. Top with champagne and stir gently. Garnish with a raspberry.
Jasmine Tea Infused Gin Fizz
- 1/2 cup gin
- 1/4 cup jasmine tea syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
- 1 egg white
To make the jasmine tea syrup, steep 1 cup of hot water with 1 tablespoon of jasmine tea for 5 minutes. Strain out the tea leaves and add 1 cup of sugar. Stir until dissolved and let cool before using.
Combine gin, jasmine tea syrup, fresh lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon slice.

- 1/4 cup gin
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sparkling water
