- 1 lb potatoes

- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and chop potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Trim ends off green beans and chop onion and garlic.
- Heat some olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add potatoes to the pan. Cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes until they become tender but still a little crispy.
- Add paprika, cumin, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper to the pan and toss to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the broth has thickened and everything is cooked through.

Kartoffel-Bohnen-Topf
Ingredients:
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and chop potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Trim ends off green beans and chop onion and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add potatoes, green beans, thyme, oregano, basil, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and cover the pot.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is cooked through and tender.

Bratkartoffeln mit Tomaten, grünen Bohnen, und Feta Käse
Ingredients:
- 1 lb potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb green beans
- 4 oz crumbled Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Peel and chop potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- Trim ends off green beans and chop onion and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

- Stir in cherry tomatoes and green beans and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes until everything is cooked through and tender.

- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 lb green beans

- Trim ends off green beans and chop onion and garlic.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 10-12 minutes until they are soft.
